Job summary

Nelnet, Inc. is seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to drive the CRM technology vision for sales, marketing, and customer service. You will design scalable architectures, data models, and integrations with ERP, data warehouse, and third-party apps.

You will mentor CRM developers, partner with vendors, and set a roadmap that embraces automation and AI capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or commensurate experience.
10 years of software development or CRM implementations.
5–7 years as a technical architect leading large CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead complex CRM solution design initiatives across sales, marketing, and service.
Design end-to-end CRM architecture with data models and integrations.
Consult with stakeholders and implementation partners to translate needs.
Establish CRM technology roadmap focusing on automation and AI features.
Provide technical direction and mentoring to CRM developers and admins.
Champion governance and best practices for data management and security.
Ensure CRM solutions align with enterprise technology direction.
Stay informed on CRM capabilities and adoption strategies.
