Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience as a technical or development leader delivering medium to large-scale solutions.
- Solid grounding in architecture practice and cost-aware design decisions.
- Experience with .NET stack, RESTful services, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Provides architectural leadership across a portfolio of applications.
- Maintains architecture standards, ADRs, and design patterns.
- Guides delivery teams toward pragmatic solutions and improves developer experience.
- Leads adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across development roles.
