Job summary

Pearl is seeking an Application Engineer to administer and extend the platforms used by Customer Operations, including CRM, contact center, and AI agents that support them.

This role sits between operations and technology, focusing on configuration, integration, and practical AI automation to reduce repetitive work and empower teams to serve customers more efficiently. You will connect systems via APIs, maintain runbooks, and train teammates to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM administration, contact center platforms, and AI tooling preferred.
• Ability to configure workflows, data quality, and integrations with minimal outside development support.

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration: Configure CRM including objects, workflows, permissions, data quality, and integrations.
• Contact Center Administration: Configure routing, queues, SLAs, and channels across voice, chat, email, and ticketing.
• Conversational AI Configuration: Maintain AI voice and chat agents, prompts, and knowledge sources.
• Agentic Automation: Build automations to reduce repetitive operational work using AI and tooling.
• Integrations and Data Flow: Connect platforms via APIs and connectors, monitor data flow and resolve issues.
• Documentation and Enablement: Create runbooks and train teammates on configurations.
