Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Conversation Designers to grow skills and deliver high-quality work.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversational experiences and influence direction.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, ML, and AI teams to deliver customer-facing experiences.
• Improve workflows and raise team effectiveness through scalable processes.
