Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas is hiring a Crisis Support Worker to assist children after hours, including transporting a child to a new foster home or helping in moderate crisis. The role is full-time with rotating weekend on-call hours.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; experience serving children and families is preferred. We provide a company car, cell phone, and computer, plus flexible scheduling and remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Assist with children after hours during crises.
• Transport a child to a new foster home or assist during moderate crises.
• Be with a child in hospital or at offices as needed.
• Rotate weekend on-call hours once every four weeks.
