Job summary

TFI Family Services is hiring a Crisis Support Worker in Kansas with shifts Mon-Thu 4pm-2am and 12am-10am, plus rotating weekend on-call. A High School diploma or equivalent is required; experience with children and families is preferred.

A full-time role with a company car, cell phone, and computer is provided. We value compassionate, teachable team members who communicate clearly and effectively and are committed to helping children in times of crisis.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience serving children and families preferred.
• Predictive Index Assessments are used to help determine fit for the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours, including transporting a child to a new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis.
• May accompany a child in hospital or at company offices.
• Work a rotating on-call weekend every four weeks.
• Position is full-time and includes a company car, cell phone, and computer.
