TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Support Worker in Kansas. The role is full-time, with two shifts (Mon-Thu 4p-2a and Mon-Thu 12a-10a) and rotating on-call weekends every four weeks.

A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with preference for experience serving children and families. A company car, cell phone, and compute are provided. The position involves assisting children after hours, transporting them as needed, and supporting them in crises across multiple offices,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience serving children and families preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours in crisis situations.
• Transport a child to a foster home or assist in moderate crisis.
• Be with a child in a hospital or at various offices as needed.
• Rotate weekend on-call hours once every four weeks.
