TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to join our team in Kansas. The role involves supporting children after hours, with duties including transport to foster homes, crisis intervention, and accompanying children to hospitals or offices as needed.

We offer a full-time position with two shifts (Mon-Thu 4p-2a and 12a-10a) and a rotating on-call weekend every four weeks. Benefits include company car, cell phone, computer, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous work in roles serving children and families preferred.
• We will teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours in crisis situations.
• Transport a child to a new foster home or assist in moderate crises.
• Be with a child in hospital or at various offices as needed.
• Rotating weekend on-call hours every four weeks.
