Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas seeks a Crisis Support Worker to assist children after hours and support families during crises. You may transport a child to a foster home or accompany them in hospital settings.

A high school diploma is required; prior experience with children and families is preferred, and we will teach the rest. This full-time role includes a rotating on-call weekend schedule, a company car, cell phone, and computer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous work in roles serving children and families preferred. We will teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours in crisis situations.
• Transport a child to their new foster home or provide support in a crisis.
• Be with a child in hospitals or offices as needed.
• Rotating weekend on-call hours once every four weeks.
