Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to assist children after hours. This full-time role may involve transporting a child to a foster home or helping a child in crisis, with a company car and cell phone provided. Weekend on-call is required on a rotating basis every four weeks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience serving children and families preferred; training provided.
• Predictive Index Assessments may be used in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours, including transport to foster homes or crisis care.
• Support children in hospitals or offices as needed.
• Rotating weekend on-call duties every four weeks.
