Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to join our team. This full-time role assists children after hours, including potential transport to foster homes or helping in crisis situations. Shifts are Mon–Thu 4p–2a and 12a–10a with rotating weekend on-call every four weeks.

A company car, cell phone, and computer are provided. A High School diploma or equivalent is required; experience with children and families is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience serving children and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with children after hours, potentially transporting to a foster home or assisting in moderate crisis.
• Support workers may assist at hospitals or various offices and be part of a weekend on-call rotation once every four weeks.
