Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas (Iola) is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to join our team. This full-time role supports children after hours, helping transport them to foster homes and assist in moderate crises.

We require a high school diploma or equivalent; previous experience serving children and families is preferred. We will teach you the rest. Two shifts are offered with a rotating weekend on-call every four weeks, plus a company car, cell phone, and compute support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with children after hours, including transportation to a foster home or assisting a child in moderate crisis.
• Support workers may accompany a child in a hospital or at multiple office locations in the area.
• This is a full-time position with a rotating weekend on-call schedule once every four weeks.
