Ladders in the United States is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Resilience – Response Operations (Remote) to shape and run the crisis response and business resilience program, partnering with crisis leads and executives to ensure timely, decision-ready responses during major events.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in crisis/incident management, business resilience, or tech operations leadership.
• Experience owning a corporate crisis or business resilience program.
• Proven incident command capabilities and readiness for IC roles.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and hiring experience.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own and set the crisis response strategy and governance cadence.
• Take on-call shifts and serve as Incident Commander during activations.
• Coordinate with crisis leads to ensure coordinated responses to major events.
• Produce artifacts like SitReps and executive briefings for decision makers.
• Design and run training exercises and lead after‑action reviews for improvement.
• Support executives during activations with pre-packaged options and logistics.
• Build and lead the Response Operations team for robust coverage.
