Job summary

CrowdStrike is hiring a Sr. Manager, Response Operations to own the crisis response program across enterprise resilience. You will lead playbooks, activation processes, and training, while on-call during escalations to ensure rapid, accurate responses.

You will collaborate with crisis leads, coordinate customer-impact considerations, and drive improvements through after-action reviews and executive briefings. This is a high-visibility, leadership role in a security SaaS company.

Qualifications

• SaaS / Security SaaS experience in a technology product company.
• On-call and always-on commitment including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience managing incidents with customer-facing impact and executive communications.
• Proven crisis/program ownership with ongoing governance and improvement.
• Demonstrated Incident Command capability and leadership of teams.
• Experience building and coaching high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to communicate with executives and influence decisions.
• Significant time in crisis/incident management in a SaaS/tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the crisis response program: strategy, standards, playbooks, activation processes and cadences.
• Carry on-call and surge Incident Command during escalations.
• Enable coordinated response across crisis team leads and stakeholders.
• Produce decision-grade artifacts like SitReps, executive briefings, and AARs.
• Lead exercises, training, and after-action reviews to drive improvements.
• Engage executives during activations and steady-state planning.
• Hire, develop, and coach the Response Operations team.
