Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Response Operations to lead the enterprise crisis response framework within the Business Resilience organization.

The role requires on-call rotation, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration to prepare teams for high-stakes incidents. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in crisis/incident management within a SaaS or tech product environment, proven leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Qualifications

• SaaS/Security SaaS environment experience required.
• Willingness to take an on-call shift including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Strong executive communication and briefing skills.
• Experience managing incidents with a customer-facing perspective.

Responsibilities

• Own the crisis response program: strategy, standards, plans, playbooks, activation processes.
• Carry on-call and surge Incident Command during activations.
• Enable coordinated response across crisis teams and stakeholders.
• Produce decision-grade artifacts (SitReps, exec briefings, AARs).
• Build capability via exercises, training, and after-action reviews.
• Engage with executives and shield leaders from logistics load.
• Hire, develop, and coach the Response Operations team.
