Job summary

CarePoint Response (CPR) is seeking a reliable Dispatcher to support our remote call center operations. You will coordinate and dispatch Mobile Response Teams across multiple counties, triaging calls, and using the BHL system to register clients and monitor beds.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of community mental health experience or related administrative support, with a HS diploma or GED and preferred related degree. This role offers evening/night shifts and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in Human Services, Psychology, Communications or related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides MRT dispatch services through the BHL software.
• Screens and triages MRT requests and bed registry inquiries from the 988 region.
• Determines crisis location and priority, dispatching MRT units per policy.
• Enters call details into CAD; tracks unit location and updates during shift.
• Relays information to public, MRT, and external stakeholders as needed.
• Maintains awareness of unit status and coordinates with care partners.
