Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• BS/BA degree in a mental health or human services field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes inbound calls from individuals needing support, services, or who may be in crisis.
• Performs safety screenings and assessments to discern risk to the safety of the individual or others.
• Uses information provided by the caller to understand needs and develop a plan of action with the individual.
• Completes documentation of interactions in accordance with established criteria.
• Provides linkage follow-up to assure access to services.
• Coordinates with other agencies and resources to optimize support.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulations.
