Behavioral Health Link is seeking a Dispatch Operations Specialist to own Lane 1: Dispatch & Flow within the MC3 Mobile Crisis Command Center. You will supervise the active dispatch queue from acceptance through completion, ensuring each response is assigned, tracked, documented, and closed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the dispatch board and own all active and pending dispatches.
• Manage dispatches from acceptance through completion with real-time updates across CSP and BHL.
• Flag delays or gaps and notify supervisor immediately.
• Document all communications with CSP and Carelon within dispatch records.
• Ensure Level 4 dispatches have required police coordination documentation.
• Escalate concerns to Operations Supervisor and address workflow disruptions.
• Track trends and identify bottlenecks before they affect response performance.
