Foundation 2 Crisis Services seeks a Crisis Counselor to provide fast, compassionate crisis support by phone, text, and chat. Training will be provided, with occasional daytime sessions, and ongoing staff meetings.

The role may be hybrid at the Cedar Rapids Crisis Center or remote within Iowa, Wisconsin, or Illinois, with two days of in-person training in Cedar Rapids. Flex scheduling covers evenings, weekends, and overnights to meet peak demand, with a supportive supervisor available for
