Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Workday experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support financial reporting, accounting activities, and reconciliations.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, maintenance, and ACH verification processes.
• Analyze data, run reports, and research discrepancies.
• Participate in system testing, process improvements, and special projects.
• Provide administrative and operational support to finance and procurement teams.
