InteLogix is hiring a remote Customer Service Credit Representative to support customers nationwide. The role focuses on problem solving, empathetic communication, and delivering effective credit-related solutions.

Training is provided and the position is full-time and non-seasonal. Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills; call center or collections exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred and basic data entry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for errors, verify information and provide options to customers.
• Negotiate and process payment arrangements on customer accounts.
• Attempt to collect on balances with effective negotiation skills.
• Document all account activity clearly in client systems.
• Educate customers on identity documents and next steps, and on account status and payment options.
• Additional duties as assigned by client or management.
