Job summary

Professional Credit is seeking a Credit Representative to join our remote team serving the Houston area. You will use multichannel communication to assist consumers, negotiate payment plans, and document activities in our CRM.

A private home workspace, reliable hard-wired internet, and the ability to operate multiple screens are required. We offer comprehensive benefits, a 401(k)/Roth plan with matching, paid time off, holidays after probation, and a volunteer program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5 years 1st or 3rd party collection experience.
• Private, quiet room at home for work hours.
• Hard-wired internet connection (50 Mbps+).
• Ability to operate with multiple screens and type ~25 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Use phone, live chat, email and text to communicate with consumers.
• Negotiate and set up payments and payment agreements.
• Navigate CRM software to document interactions.
• Learn negotiation and sales techniques applicable to all industries.
• Resolve customer concerns and help consumers get out of debt.
