Job summary

Professional Credit Service is seeking driven Credit Representatives for a remote role serving the Houston area. The position emphasizes empathetic customer service, negotiation skills, and compliance with performance metrics.

You will work 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 10 am–7 pm CST, with full training, and enjoy benefits after the introductory period. A private home workspace and wired internet are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5 years 1st or 3rd party collection experience.
• Dedicated, private room in your home that is quiet during work hours.
• Internet connection of 50 MB or more, hard-wired via Ethernet to company PC.
• Must be present in virtual work environment via company provided webcam during all working hours.

Responsibilities

• Use omnichannel technology to communicate with consumers via phone, live chat, email, and text.
• Negotiate and set up payments; negotiate payment agreements and resolve concerns.
• Navigate CRM software and manage multiple screens to assist customers.
• Meet minimum performance levels and KPIs.
