Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials; write reports and correspondence.
• Ability to apply basic math concepts and financial calculations.

Responsabilités

• Collect accounts receivable through calls and written correspondence in an automated environment.
• Review customer credit and assist with approvals or holds according to credit procedures.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer disputes.
• Research and document problems and solutions as needed.
• Regularly evaluate customer financial data and payment history to assess credit exposure.
• Resolve grievances between Sales Representatives and customers.
