Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Specialist, Collections and New Accounts based in the Sun Day Red office in San Clemente. You will onboard customers, manage master data, and support credit decisions across domestic and international accounts.

The role requires 3+ years in credit or onboarding, strong Excel skills, and ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, Tax, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. Travel to TaylorMade office may be required; onsite work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in credit, onboarding, customer master data management, or financial operations.
• Knowledge of commercial credit principles, onboarding, and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and business systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and setup of domestic and international customers, distributors, and partners.
• Maintain customer master data and account information in ERP and related systems.
• Review applications, financial information, trade references, and credit reports to support credit decisions.
• Support international account administration, compliance, and credit reviews.
• Verify tax, resale, and regulatory documentation for compliance and data integrity.
• Prepare and maintain reporting on onboarding, credit administration and performance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
