Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Credit Bureau Reporting and Corrections Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in handling credit reporting corrections and disputes. You will oversee daily loan servicing activities, train staff, and ensure adherence to state and federal laws, with an approved starting salary range of $75,000–$85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six+ years in customer mortgage servicing/financial services with at least 1 year in a senior or team-lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Credit Reporting Correction & Dispute team and assign work to meet service standards.
• Oversee borrower correspondence related to electronic credit disputes.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure legal compliance across processes.
• Guide corrections using eOSCAR and credit bureau resources.
• Provide training and develop staff; lead hiring within the team.
• Resolve escalated customer or third-party requests and support other teams.
• Develop/update policies to ensure timely, accurate service and regulatory compliance.
• Identify escalated problems and provide guidance for resolution.
• Collaborate with counsel and prepare required documentation for complaints.
• Lead special projects and perform ad hoc duties as needed.
