Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Credit Bureau Reporting and Corrections Supervisor to lead a team responsible for borrower credit disputes, reporting accuracy, and process improvements. You will train staff, monitor workflow, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 6+ years in mortgage servicing, with at least 1 year in a lead role. Starting salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per year, with remote work from home options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six (6) plus years of experience in customer mortgage servicing and/or financial services industry; minimum of one year in a senior or team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and assignments for the Credit Reporting Correction & Dispute team; ensure service standards and legal compliance.
• Assist in handling borrower correspondence related to electronic credit disputes.
• Monitor assignments to meet deadlines and policy requirements.
• Familiarity with eOSCAR and credit bureau resources to address corrections and requests.
• Assess employee strengths and development needs through training and directing work.
• Provide leadership including hiring and training; address complaints and obstacles.
• Handle escalated customer or third-party requests and identify solutions.
• Develop and update policies to ensure timely, accurate service per state/federal requirements.
• Identify escalated problems and guide teams to resolution.
• Coordinate with inside/outside counsel and provide documentation for disputes.
• Lead special projects, research issues, present findings, and propose solutions.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
