Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Credit Bureau Reporting and Corrections Supervisor to lead the team, train staff, and coordinate daily loan servicing activities. The role requires oversight of borrower disputes, policy adherence, and reporting.

This position offers remote work from home and a starting salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year with opportunities to influence accuracy and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six (6) plus years of experience in customer mortgage servicing and/or financial services industry required with a minimum of one (1) year in a senior or team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Credit Reporting & Correction team and assign work to meet service standards.
• Oversee borrower disputes processing and correspondence related to electronic disputes.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Provide training and development to team members; hire when needed.
• Develop policies to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective service.
• Resolve escalated requests and assist other teams in finding solutions.
