Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Credit Bureau Reporting and Corrections Supervisor to lead the team, oversee daily loan servicing activities, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. You will prepare reports, train staff, and coordinate resolution of escalated issues.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with legal or compliance as needed to resolve disputes and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six (6) plus years in customer mortgage servicing or financial services with at least 1 year in a senior or team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Credit Reporting Correction & Dispute team to meet service standards and laws.
• Manage processing of borrower correspondence for electronic credit disputes.
• Monitor assignments to ensure deadlines and compliance.
• Provide training, hiring, and development for staff.
• Develop and implement policies for timely, accurate service.
