Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Credit Bureau Reporting and Corrections Supervisor to provide leadership, training, and oversight for the team handling credit bureau reporting and corrections. The role ensures timely, compliant processing in line with state and federal laws while supervising daily loan servicing workflows.

The starting salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 per year, with emphasis on accuracy, collaboration, and customer-focused resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six (6) plus years of experience in customer mortgage servicing/financing.
• At least one year in a senior or team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and assignments for the Credit Reporting Corrections team to meet service standards.
• Assist in processing borrower electronic credit disputes and related correspondence.
• Monitor assignments to ensure deadlines comply with policies and laws.
• Guide corrections using eOSCAR and related credit bureau resources across Carrington departments.
• Provide training, coaching, and development for team members.
