Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator for remote work across multiple states. The role manages provider onboarding, data entry, and communications to ensure 100% credentialing readiness.

You will oversee PSV checks, licensure research, and payer enrollment processes to keep credentials current and compliant. Responsibilities include CAQH attestation, coordination with the insurance broker for malpractice policy, and cross-state telehealth licensing support.

Qualifications

• 2 years of credentialing, payer enrollment, or related work.
• Solid knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes.
• Ability to research and apply state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Onboard providers from HR notification to Medallion profile completion.
• Enter and maintain provider data including NPI, licensure, locations, and payer info.
• Initiate communications requesting CAQH, PECOS, licenses, DEA, and credentials; follow up.
• Research state licensing board requirements for MD/DO/NP/PA and monitor changes.
• Monitor PSV checks (NPI, NPDB, Medicare/Medicaid opt-out, DEA, OIG, SAM).
• Coordinate with broker to add providers to malpractice policy and CAQH uploads.
• Manage payer enrollment and verify effective dates, IDs, and recredentialing dates.
• Maintain and attest CAQH profiles; support cross-state licensure for telehealth.
• Handle state registrations and Medicare enrollment through CMS/PECOS.
