Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator for a fully remote role supporting providers nationwide. You will manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for behavioral health providers and staff, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience.
• Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, and state portals.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes and rules.
• Ability to research licensing requirements across provider types.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment.
• Onboard providers and collect required documentation.
• Communicate with providers to resolve items and move updates forward.
