You will collaborate with onboarding teams to provide clear feedback, monitor resubmissions, and identify recurring issues to drive process improvements in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with professional communication.
• Typing speed of 40–50 words per minute for documentation review.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in credentialing files.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle workload.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative across teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with adherence to procedures and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, or reject credentialing documents in the system.
• Ensure candidate files progress correctly through onboarding workflows.
• Verify accuracy and validity against facility requirements and standards.
• Provide concise explanations and feedback when documentation is rejected.
• Monitor resubmissions and follow up to resolve issues promptly.
• Review suppressed items and at-risk documents per procedures.
• Notify onboarding specialists when audits are complete and findings are shared.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
