Partner Company is seeking a detail‑oriented Credentialing Specialist to review licenses, certifications, and background checks. This fully remote role supports onboarding teams across the United States and emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

You’ll handle document reviews, approvals or rejections in the credentialing system, monitor at-risk items, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Typing speed of 40–50 WPM and solid computer skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Hourly compensation of $22.50–$26.50 USD.

Responsibilities

• Review credentialing files to verify licenses, certifications, and background reports.
• Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance.
• Review, approve, or reject credentialing documents in the designated system.
• Monitor at-risk and corrected documents and ensure timely follow-up.
• Track rejection trends and recommend process improvements.
