BetterHelp is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to lead and develop the credentialing associate team, documenting workflows and improving processes across the organization. You will train staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with TekSystems and internal teams to ensure timely care access.

The role emphasizes remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with opportunities for in-person collaboration and company-sponsored travel as needed.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing, operations, or administrative support in a payer or provider setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and CRM or credentialing software (CAQH, Verifable).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in behavioral health credentialing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervision of the credentialing associate team.
• Training of the credentialing associate team.
• Documentation of all BetterHelp Insurance Credentialing processes.
• Analyze and update processes to improve timelines and efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to credentialing associates and internal teams.
• Maintain provider information in internal databases and Verifiable.
