Job summary

ShiftKey is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to verify credentialing reviews and ensure accurate data entry across systems. You will analyze audit results, generate weekly trend reports, and partner with leads to coach teams and improve processes.

This fully remote role based in Poland requires attention to detail, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and clear English communication. Experience in healthcare or tech is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar quality/audit role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Sharp eye for detail and pattern spotting in data.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize findings.
• Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with healthcare or tech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit credential reviews done by Operations and external vendors to ensure proper validation.
• Write weekly reports highlighting errors and trends by credential type and reviewer.
• Guide coaching conversations by providing performance insights to managers.
• Provide tailored insights to Credentialing Leads and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with training new hires and support time-sensitive audits.
