Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Credentialing & Payor Enrollment Supervisor to lead daily credentialing and enrollment operations for provider, group, and facility workflows. You will supervise Credentialing Specialists, ensure timely provider readiness, and maintain audit-ready documentation supporting compliance with CMS, NCQA, and payer requirements.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and payers to promote process improvements, quality control, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of provider credentialing or payer enrollment experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with commercial/government payer credentialing/enrollment processes.
• Experience using credentialing, enrollment, or provider data systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, regulatory and NCQA standards relevant to credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily credentialing and payor enrollment operations.
• Coach and develop Credentialing Specialists via training and performance management.
• Oversee credentialing, enrollment, revalidation, maintenance, and ownership changes.
• Monitorprogress, aging reports, and queues to ensure timely completion.
• Investigate complex credentialing and enrollment escalations.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with medical staff, revenue cycle, clients, and payers.
• Prepare leadership updates on performance, risks, and escalations.
• Lead quality reviews and process improvements.
