Job summary

Panoramic Health is seeking a Credentialing and Administrative Coordinator to administer physician and mid-level payor enrollment and hospital credentialing applications. The role ensures enrollment in payors and hospitals, sets up client participation in the EMR, tracks progress, and supports scheduling with the lead physician.

Responsibilities include managing enrollment timelines, communicating with providers, obtaining documentation, and maintaining provider data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years credentialing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third-party provider enrollment.
• Hospital privileging experience including primary sourcing.
• Proficiency in CAQH, PECOS and NPPES.

Responsibilities

• Manage physician enrollment and hospital credentialing for clients.
• Prepare and submit credentialing applications with supporting docs.
• Track status of all credentialing submissions and deadlines.
• Assist with schedule management and operational projects with practice leader.
• Maintain provider information and demographics.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries on credentialing.
