Job summary

BestSelf Behavioral Health is seeking a Senior Provider Enrollment Specialist to manage enrollment applications for physicians and groups with payers. You will submit documents, revalidations, and roster updates while ensuring HIPAA compliance and timely carrier enrollment.

The role requires 3+ years of credentialing experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. You will collaborate with carriers, HR, and providers to maintain accurate CAQH accounts and support program

Qualifications

• 3+ years in provider enrollment processing/credentialing.
• Experience with insurance carriers and enrollment portals.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Provider Enrollment regulations and update procedures.
• Provide training on procedures to HR and team members.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to enroll BestSelf programs on time.
• Process new enrollments, revalidations, and roster updates.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and communicate updates to providers.
