Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is hiring a Credentialing & Payor Enrollment Supervisor to lead daily credentialing and enrollment operations across providers, groups, and facilities. You will oversee a team, monitor progress, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and payer representatives to maintain compliant, audit-ready credentialing records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Revenue Cycle Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of provider credentialing, payor enrollment, or closely related healthcare operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Experience working with commercial and governmental payer credentialing or enrollment processes.
• Experience utilizing provider credentialing, enrollment, or provider data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily credentialing and payor enrollment operations.
• Lead and develop Provider Credentialing Specialists through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee credentialing, recredentialing, initial enrollment, revalidation, maintenance, and related activities.
• Monitor status, aging reports, work queues, payer follow-up, and application progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate credentialing and enrollment activities with medical staff, revenue cycle, operations, clients, and payer representatives.
