Job summary

CertifyOS is seeking an Operations Analyst to help manage day-to-day credentialing tasks for provider licenses, payor enrollment, and related processes. This fully remote role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, efficient operations.

You will research licensure requirements, complete applications, verify data, and draft concise guidelines for customers, while supporting implementation projects and ongoing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Credentialing experience is essential.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• Ability to conduct large volumes of research via Google.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and evaluate licensure and CME information in the United States.
• Complete credential, licensure, or payor enrollment applications for Certify customers.
• Validate information on credentialing/licensing platforms for accuracy.
• Communicate with providers and clients via email for additional information.
• Assist with new client implementation projects as needed.
• Draft clear guideline documents for Certify customers.
• Support ad hoc projects as required.
