Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is a leading provider of immediate-access behavioral health crisis care, focused on physician-led, data-driven care across multiple markets. The Credentialing Coordinator will manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for providers, BHS staff, and facilities, ensuring timely and compliant credentialing files to support billing and enrollment.

The role requires strong knowledge of licensing/regulatory requirements, management of CAQH,

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of credentialing, payer enrollment, and regulatory rules.
• Experience with CAQH, PECOS, and state portals is preferred.
• Ability to interpret licensing requirements across MD/DO/NP/PA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider onboarding from HR notification to profile completion.
• Request documentation: licenses, CAQH, PECOS, diplomas, credentials.
• Handle PSV: NPI, NPDB, state licenses, DEA, OIG checks.
