Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Coordinator, Managed Care, Credentialing for a country-wide remote role. You will manage credentialing/enrollment for all providers, ensure licenses are up to date, and support enrollment activities across groups.

The role requires 3+ years in credentialing or payer enrollment, familiarity with credentialing databases, and strong customer service skills. Flexible schedule and collaborative team environment are expected.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience.
• Knowledge of the payer environment and payer issues.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including overtime and weekends).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with credentialing databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment, re-credentialing/re-enrollment, and hospital privileging activities.
• Maintain and monitor licenses/certifications for compliance across regions.
• Participate in training and learn new workflows.
• Coordinate provider enrollment for all groups/providers (initial enrollments or re-credentialing).
• Ensure licenses/certifications are accurate and in good standing.
• Prepare forms to obtain hospital privileges when required.
• Meet reporting deadlines and provide progress updates to the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
