Job summary

Navista, in partnership with Cardinal Health, seeks a Coordinator for Managed Care Credentialing to maintain active credentialing/enrollment across contracted payors. You will keep licensure current for all groups and providers and handle hospital privilege processes as needed.

The role requires 3+ years in credentialing or payer enrollment, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Benefits and comprehensive support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years credentialing or payer enrollment experience in a managed care setting.
• Knowledge of payer environment and issues; ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; independent contributor and team player.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment, re-credentialing, and hospital privileging in the credentialing platform.
• Maintain licenses and certifications to ensure regional compliance.
• Participate in trainings and implement new workflows within deadlines.
• Coordinate provider enrollment for all groups and providers (initial and re-credentialing).
• Ensure licenses and certifications are accurate and in good standing at all times.
• Complete forms for hospital privileges as required.
• Meet deadlines for processing and reporting; update supervisor on progress.
• Collaborate with Credentialing Supervisor and team on status updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
