Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a highly motivated tax professional to assist customers remotely in completing their taxes using TurboTax products.

You will provide expert guidance, full-service return preparation, and explanations of tax terms while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Qualified candidates will hold an active CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney credential, have 2+ years of federal/state tax return prep experience, and be able to work at least 20 hours per week from a home/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active unrestricted credential: CPA, EA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state 1040 returns for at least 30 clients per season using commercial tax software.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and possess an internet connection meeting security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers virtually using video communications to provide tax guidance and full-service returns.
• Deliver accurate tax advice, calculations, and product inquiries with clear explanations.
• Document interactions and adhere to procedures, KPIs, and compliance trainings.
