Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified tax professional to help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products in a fully remote, virtual setting.

You will provide expert tax guidance, perform full-service tax return preparation, and explain tax terms to customers through video interactions. Must hold an active credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) with strong tax knowledge and be willing to train and adapt to evolving processes.

Formación

• Active credential: CPA/EA/Attorney and strong tax knowledge.
• 2+ years of recent federal/state 1040 prep for 30+ clients per season.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Must have PTIN.
• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficient with technology and software.
• Strong customer service via video/audio tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, research skills, determination.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have/have access to hardwired internet meeting security criteria.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Virtual, customer-facing role using our video software to interact with customers.
• Provide tax advice and full service return preparation and signature.
• Answer product/software inquiries and perform tax calculations.
• Document customer interactions and progress toward KPIs.
• Participate in training, pilots, and experience validations as needed.
