Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a qualified tax professional to assist TurboTax customers remotely. With an active CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney credential, you will provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, and explanations of tax terms through video interactions.

You will use government resources and our training to deliver accurate guidance, document interactions, and meet KPIs while helping customers navigate complex tax questions from home.

Qualifications

• Must possess active unrestricted credential: CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state 1040 returns for at least 30 clients per season.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, PTIN.
• Must reside in United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation via video interactions.
• Explain tax terms and guide customers through TurboTax.
• Document customer interactions and meet KPI metrics.
• Complete required training and stay compliant with policy.
