Job summary

KeyMik is seeking a Creator Success Manager who loves the creator economy and helping creators grow their income. You will be the primary point of contact for creators on the KeyMik platform, guiding onboarding and ensuring campaign success.

You will match creators with brand opportunities, support contract negotiations, review content for brand compliance, track performance, and build long-term relationships with top creators. This fully remote role includes an annual learning budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in creator relations, talent management, or influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and major social platforms.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience working with contracts and legal agreements.
• Ability to manage a large volume of creator relationships simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new creators to the KeyMik platform and ensure successful setup.
• Match creators with relevant brand opportunities based on niche and audience.
• Support creators through the deal negotiation and contracting process.
• Review creator content for brand compliance before submission.
• Track creator performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Build long-term relationships with top-performing creators.
• Identify and recruit new creators to the platform.
