Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Creator Marketing Manager in the United States to build and run our creator program from the ground up. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, maintain creator relationships, and ensure compliant, high-quality content across platforms.

You bring 5+ years in creator/influencer marketing, deep YouTube expertise, and a track record of owning complex projects from brief to reporting. Remote-friendly US role with growth opportunities and a focus on authentic, platform-native

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creator or influencer marketing (agency or in-house).
• Deep YouTube ecosystem knowledge and prioritization of YouTube-native creators.
• Experience with external agencies managing new workflows and processes.
• Strong instincts for authentic, platform-native creator content and balance with brand needs.
• Exceptional project ownership with structured tracking, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and FTC disclosure requirements.
• Drive and proactive mindset; able to build and execute without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution including briefs, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Track deliverables across campaigns and flag delays early.
• Review content for brand guidelines, FTC disclosures, and policies.
• Route content through legal and compliance with approvals and records.
• Build and maintain a creator database with contacts, rates, and history.
• Compile post-campaign data and support reports with metrics and insights.
• Research and surface creator partners aligned to briefs and audience fit.
• Coordinate contracts and payment processing with Legal and Finance.
