Job summary

Supabase is seeking a creator and UGC growth lead to own our creator/influencer program in-house. You will recruit a roster of around 50 active creators in year one and design campaigns that scale across multiple channels. This is a growth and marketing-focused role, not engineering-focused.

You’ll test new channels, manage budgets, and build reporting structures to measure impact. A startup mindset and strong relationship skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, remote-first

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth, partnerships or creator marketing at a dev tool, SaaS or consumer tech company.
• Proven track record of launching channels from zero and turning winners into repeatable programs.
• Outgoing relationship-builder who creators want to work with.
• Strong operator skills and comfort with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and manage direct relationships with content creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Design and run creator campaigns end to end.
• Find and test new acquisition channels and strategies with small experiments.
• Operationalize budgets, tracking, and reporting for programs.
• Grow with the role to potentially own all content from a growth perspective.
